Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We understand and respect the importance of intellectual property rights and are committed to protecting them. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners can submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent. We, as an internet service provider, are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. You must provide a signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Clearly identify the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Provide information to help us locate the infringing material, such as the URL of the specific content.
  4. Your contact information including name, address, email, phone number, and fax number must be included.
  5. State that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  6. Confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Any misrepresentation in the infringement claims can result in civil damage penalties according to Title 17 USC §512(f). Submit all takedown notices through our Contact page, preferably via email for faster processing.

It’s important to note that we may share your identity and details with the alleged infringer when handling copyright infringement claims.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have it restored. Provide a written statement to our DMCA Agent with your signature, details of the removed material, and an affirmation that it was taken down by mistake.

Send the counter notice via our Contact page, with email as the preferred method of communication.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. We keep records of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.

We reserve the right to update our DMCA policy as needed. Please check this page regularly for any changes.
